I have always been a fan of the vampire lore. Books, movies (aside from the Twilight hoopla), television, etc...I'm what you would call, a mega-fan.
Despite that fact, I am NOT a fan that my former sweet, (nearly!) 7 month old baby Mady, has somehow morphed into a vampire's spawn.
How is this possible, one might ask? And what proof do you have, is another good question that may occur...
While I cannot answer the first one of these questions, I CAN provide proof...well, first-hand experience proof. Documented?...not yet, anyway.
Lately, it appears that Mady has obtained an intense urge to eat my face and consume my blood...this is a serious matter.
For example, just a mere two hours ago, my daughter went in for a kiss, and things went horribly wrong.
Mady: "Oh, Mommy...I love you so much, let me give you a kiss on your FACE! FACE!! I MUST EAT YOUR FACE!!!...I love my Mommy...kiss kiss kiss"
That. Just. Happened.
Tiny fingers dug into my cheeks, pulling my face into her mouth. And she refused to release. Thankfully, the petite blood-sucker only possesses one tooth and I escaped with no blood loss.
Don't let the face fool you. This seemingly normal and obviously adorable little person packs a punch with her aggression.
She has also decided that night-time is play time...need I say more?
Her sister agrees with me.
