Weekend Activities

I've got some stupid big plans. 

The reason they are labeled STUPID big is because...

I have a tendency to get in over my head with a variety of different things. 

Like my house, for example. 

This week, I got the desire to spray-paint EVERY piece of furniture I have. 

Starting with:

This is a buffet I spray-painted this lovely green color a few months ago, 

and, in traditional fashion, 

I am already tired of the green. 

In the last couple years, I have developed a freaky obsession with white furniture. 

This obsession is one of the reasons we bought the home we did (the kitchen is so white and BEAUTIFUL!). 

So I have decided I'm going to repaint this lovely piece of furniture WHITE with some gold foil accents. 

I'm so excited. 

I just have to have a husband-approved location to do this makeover. 

So, I'm going to load my girls up in the SUV and drive to Lowe's to get my tools. 

Hopefully, it will get done this weekend. 

Probably not, but I will eventually post an "after" pick of my finished piece. 

Oh, and I'm also spray-painting the crap out of some frames. 

And, duh, they will be white.
